MR AIKINS ADU YEBOAH
Mr. Aikins Adu Yeboah is a Chartered Accountant and holds also an MBA degree from the University of Professional Studies Accra, UPSA. He is currently the Head of Finance and Accounts for NTHC Properties Ltd, a real estate company based in Accra. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Linx Capital.
MAVIS MENSAH
Mavis Mensah is a product of the Central University College and has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. She has worked in several capacities, basically in administrative and compliance positions in several finance companies. She currently is the Human Resources Manager of Bellevue Estates, a Real Estate Company located in Accra is on the Board of the Linx Capital.
Mr. MANFRED BRESSEY
Mr. Bressey was appointed as Executive Director of LCL in June, 2022 and he brings
to bear a diverse background and experience. He worked as General Manager of IFS Capital Management Limited (IFS Capital), a licensed investment advisor & fund manager which operates within the investment banking industry with three (3) unit trust schemes under its management. Prior to joining IFS Capital, Manfred was the Head of UMB Investment Holdings Limited, the then investment banking arm of Universal Merchant Bank Limited (UMB), where he successfully steered the company from very difficult times in 2011 into stability and profitability in 2015. He also worked in the Corporate Finance and Advisory Services Department of the Bank where he worked on big ticket transactions such as the valuation and listing (IPO) of the shares of GOIL and SIC on the Ghana Stock Exchange in 2007. Manfred also worked with the Volta River Authority. as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at the Kpong Generating Station, Akuse until his exit in 2005. He also has sales experience from his previous employment with Tractor & Equipment Ghana Limited (now Mantrac Ghana) as a Sales Engineer.
Manfred holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi and an MBA (Finance Option) and MSc in Financial Risk Analysis from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon. He is a licensed Investment Advisor Representative and also holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA, UK.
KOFI OWUSU FORFIE
Mr. Owusu Forfie is an investment banker and a financial analyst of several years’ reputation. He was the founding Chief Executive Officer of Linx Capital until his retirement in 2023; and now a Non-Executive Director of the company. He worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Financial Services Ltd, an investment banking firm and finance house, until June 2012. He grew Sterling from a distressed company into a high growth company and eventually acquired by foreign investors in 2012. Prior to this, Kofi founded and worked with Glico Financial Services Ltd. He also worked for Ecobank Ghana, a sub-regional bank and was also a member of the preparatory team that established the Union Mortgage Bank before it was taken over by Stanbic Bank.
Kofi holds an MBA from the University of Ghana Business School with a concentration in Finance and an LLM from the University of Liverpool, U.K., specialising in International Finance and Banking Law. Kofi had his Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from the University of Ghana, Legon in Accra
Mr. KOFI OWUSU FORFIE
Mr. Kofi Owusu Forfie worked as he Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Financial Services Ltd, an investment banking firm and finance house, until June 2012. He is the Chief Executive Office of Linx Capital.
He grew Sterling from a distressed company into a high growth company and eventually acquired by foreign investors in 2012.

NOEL KWEKU JOHNSON
NOEL KWEKU JOHNSON is the General Manager. He holds a Bachelors’ degree in Social Sciences (Economics) from the University of Cape Coast and also GSE Certificate. He is pursuing his MBA and is an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Economist.
Prior to joining LINX Capital, he worked as the Asset Manager of Glico Capital Limited, a Research Analyst and Compliance & AML Manager for ASN Investments and also a Credit Risk Analyst of Advans Ghana Savings and Loans.
Mr. Johnson’s expertise includes financial modelling, credit analysis and investment appraisal. As a licensed investment representative by SEC, he undergoes several training workshops on AML & CF organized by SEC and FIC.
